Peer-Review Process

Manavest: Journal of Human Capital and Organizational Behavior applies a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scholarly integrity of published manuscripts. The identities of authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the evaluation process to maintain fairness, objectivity, and professional standards.

Initial Editorial Screening

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial assessment by the Editorial Team to evaluate scope alignment with the journal, methodological rigor, ethical compliance, and adherence to author guidelines. Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be declined prior to external review.

Double-Blind Review Procedure

Each manuscript that passes initial screening is assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise in human capital, leadership studies, or organizational behavior. Reviewers evaluate conceptual clarity, methodological strength, theoretical contribution, and relevance to contemporary organizational and behavioral challenges.

Editorial Decision Flow

  • Accept without revision
  • Minor revision
  • Major revision
  • Reject

Authors are expected to respond to reviewer feedback and submit revisions within the timeline provided by the editorial office.

Reviewer Ethics and Responsibilities

Reviewers must maintain confidentiality, provide objective and constructive feedback, disclose potential conflicts of interest, and avoid using unpublished material for personal advantage. The journal follows internationally recognized ethical standards in peer review practices.

Final Acceptance and Publication

After revisions are completed and approved, manuscripts proceed to copyediting, layout editing, and final publication through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform.
