Publication Ethics
Manexia: Journal of Business, Management, and Creative Economy is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics and takes all possible measures against publication malpractice. The journal follows internationally recognized ethical guidelines to ensure integrity, transparency, and academic responsibility.
Responsibilities of Authors
Authors must ensure that their work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration by another journal. Proper acknowledgment of sources must be provided, and plagiarism in all its forms is considered unethical behavior. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest and ensure that all listed authors have significantly contributed to the research.
Responsibilities of Editors
Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the academic merit of submitted manuscripts. Editorial decisions must be free from discrimination and influenced solely by scholarly contribution. Editors must maintain confidentiality of submissions and avoid conflicts of interest.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers assist the editorial team in evaluating manuscripts objectively and confidentially. They must provide constructive feedback, identify relevant published work not cited by authors, and declare any conflicts of interest. Reviewers must not use unpublished material for personal advantage.
Publication Misconduct
