Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

This section publishes original peer-reviewed research articles that advance strategic and theory-driven scholarship in business and management studies, with particular emphasis on strategic management, organizational transformation, innovation ecosystems, and the evolving dynamics of the creative economy. Submissions are expected to demonstrate strong theoretical contribution, analytical rigor, or integrative empirical insight that contributes to macro–strategic perspectives rather than purely operational practices. Conceptual Papers publish theory-driven manuscripts that advance conceptual development in management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and organizational studies. Submissions should propose new frameworks, integrate existing theories, or introduce novel perspectives without relying on primary empirical data. All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process and are evaluated based on theoretical contribution, originality, clarity of argumentation, and relevance to contemporary managerial issues.

Review Articles

Review Articles publish high-quality literature reviews that synthesize and critically evaluate existing research in management, marketing, entrepreneurship, and related fields. Submissions may include systematic reviews, integrative reviews, bibliometric analyses, or theory-focused reviews that identify research gaps and propose future research agendas. All manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process and are assessed based on methodological transparency, analytical depth, and scholarly contribution.

Book Review

The Book Review section features critical evaluations of recently published scholarly books relevant to business, management, entrepreneurship, and the creative economy. Reviews should provide analytical insights into the book’s theoretical contribution, methodological approach, and relevance to contemporary academic debates.
