Article Processing Charges

This journal is committed to providing open access to high-quality scholarly research while maintaining a transparent and ethical publication process.

Publication Fee

An Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 30 is applied for each accepted manuscript.

Submission Fee

There is no submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of charge.

Payment Policy

The APC is only charged after the manuscript has been accepted following the peer-review process. Authors will not be required to pay any fees prior to the editorial decision.

• Editorial handling and peer-review management
• DOI registration and article indexing preparation
• Copyediting, layout, and typesetting
• Online publication and archiving

Waiver Policy

The journal may provide partial or full waivers for authors under certain conditions, such as financial constraints, students or early-career researchers, and authors from low-income regions.

Requests for waivers must be submitted prior to or during the review process and will be considered at the discretion of the editorial board.
