Abstract

Artificial intelligence is reshaping how organizations design and evolve business models in the digital economy. This editorial synthesizes emerging research that explains how AI capabilities influence value creation, ecosystem coordination, organizational learning, and institutional legitimacy. By integrating multiple theoretical perspectives, the issue clarifies the mechanisms through which intelligent technologies transform business model innovation and highlights the evolving architecture of value creation in AI-enabled organizations.
